Description: Camera Projection techniques, created using a still image in Photoshop & geometry in Cinema 4D. I used Projection Man in Cinema 4D to map the textures to the geometry & Optical Flares in After Effects to create the effect of the Sun disappearing behind the spire.

Secret Cinema / Windows 7 Mobile
Description: Created for a monthly screening event called ‘Secret Cinema’ where each movie shown takes it’s audience members out of the usual cinema setting, and immerses them into the theme of the movie. This animation was for ‘Lawrence of Arabia’ and was intended as an homage to the mirage scene in the desert. The event was sponsored by ‘Windows 7 Mobile’ so I was asked to make it seem as though the phone was appearing on the horizon like the famous moment with ‘Omar Sharif’.
